World Trade Center Qatar announced the launching of its forthcoming conference "Estate Qatar 2007: Qatar Property Investment Forum" which will be held in Doha on the 26th - 27th of November 2007.

Estate Qatar 2007 is the first conference of its kind in Qatar bringing together real estate developers, investors, and professionals in a prestigious forum to discuss the latest trends, investment opportunities, and lucrative potential projects in the real estate market in the Gulf region in general and Qatar in particular. The two-day conference shall analyze property market growth in Qatar and neighboring countries, offering insights into the latest trends in investments and financial strategies, and analyzing hotspots and emerging real estate markets.

World Trade Center Regional Manager Chadi Abou Daher declared that "the Forum was the result of consultations made with key players in the Real Estate industry in Qatar and the region which confirmed the need for such specialized event in light of the boom in the Qatari real estate sector". He added that the Forum is a logical consequence of the magnificent growth in the Qatari economy in general and the real estate sector in particular which is making Qatar an attractive real estate hotspot for international investors.

Mr. Abou Daher explained that World Trade Centers have organized many previous events in different countries on real estate, but this particular event seems to be the most promising in light of the high interest it is generating from industry players so far. He also emphasized that the World Trade Center is not just an event organizer but also a business facilitator; making the Forum a real business platform where developers, investors, and professionals can exchange ideas and discuss business opportunities.
